U52 Early-rehabilitation-Barhtel-index [FRB]

Superordinate classification: U50-U52 Impairment of function

Singular encoding of the early rehabilitation-Barthel-index for the assessment of severity within the first five in-patient days of treatment; in case of varying values within this time period the highest score has to be encoded. The evaluation of the scores occurs according to the early-rehabilitation-Barthel-index according to Schönle.

Subclassification:

• U52.3 Early rehabilitation index: less than -200 scores
• U52.2 Early rehabilitation index: -200 to -76 scores
• U52.1 Early rehabilitation index: -75 to 30 scores
• U52.0 Early rehabilitation index: 31 and more scores
