Miotyki i leki przeciw jaskrze: Timolol

Indication: reduction of intraocular pressure

Side effects: local administration: the same side effects as with systemic administration of beta-blocker, respiratoric and cardial reactions with death due to bronchial spasm with asthmatics and rare death in context of a cardiac insufficiency

Dosage: Initial dosage one drop 0.25% 2x/day in the sick eye, with insufficient effect increase to 1 drop of 0.5% solution 2x/day.
